The Regenerate Story
Regenerate is a family-run Australian botanical processing laboratory built around the development of advanced extraction and formulation systems for high-quality plant-based products.

Alongside its processing facility, Regenerate operates a licensed hemp cultivation site, maintaining a direct connection between the land, the plants and the formulations developed in the laboratory.

This integration between cultivation, extraction and formulation helps ensure ingredient quality, traceability and long-term sustainability.

Frustrated with the quality and inconsistency of many herbal products available on the market, the Regenerate family began developing their own extraction methods using professional laboratory equipment and ultrasonic processing technology.

Through extensive experimentation and refinement, they developed the Regenerate Extraction System™ now used across the Regenerate product range.
Today Regenerate continues to operate as a precision small-batch botanical laboratory, combining traditional plant knowledge with modern processing techniques to produce consistent, carefully crafted formulations.

The company continues to expand its research into botanical processing and natural material systems while maintaining its focus on quality small-batch production.

Future Development
Regenerate’s long-term vision builds upon its botanical research, applying the same Natural Systems and Precision Processing philosophy to a wider range of natural materials and sustainable technologies.
Stage One — Precision Botanical Processing
The current focus of Regenerate is the development of the Regenerate Hemp Range, and the Regenerate Premium Functional Mushrooms & Botanical Formulations Range produced using the Regenerate Extraction System™. These products form the foundation of the company and support ongoing research and development.

Stage Two — Integrated Botanical Agriculture
The next stage of development involves expanding into cultivation of key functional mushrooms & botanicals, allowing Regenerate to integrate growing, extraction and formulation into a vertically aligned system. This stage will sit alongside the company’s existing hemp processing capability, improving ingredient quality, traceability and sustainability.

Stage Three — Sustainable Natural Materials
Looking further ahead, Regenerate intends to apply its research into natural materials and processing systems toward industrial-scale sustainable materials research. One long-term research direction involves exploring how hemp and other natural fibres may be processed into structural materials for low-cost, environmentally sustainable housing. Australia’s vast agricultural landscape provides an abundance of renewable natural materials, and Regenerate believes these resources may play an important role in future sustainable construction.
