An advanced extraction system that delivers enhanced
bio-availability

The Regenerate Extraction System™
Tri-Phase Extraction & Ultrasonic
Bio-Dispersion

Regenerate formulations are produced using the Regenerate Extraction System™, a proprietary process combining multi-phase botanical extraction with ultrasonic cavitation technology.
The system was developed to recover a broader spectrum of plant compounds than conventional single-solvent extraction methods while producing stable, highly consistent formulations.
Extraction and formulation utilise ultrasonic processing equipment commonly used in laboratory and pharmaceutical environments, allowing precise control over botanical extraction and dispersion. Regenerate products are produced in small, controlled batches using professional laboratory equipment rather than conventional mass-production methods.
The Regenerate Extraction System™ enables broad-spectrum compound recovery while maintaining exceptional formulation stability and batch consistency.

Phase 1 — Aqueous Extraction Water extraction recovers hydrophilic botanical compounds including: Polysaccharides Beta-glucans Mucilage compounds Flavonoids Minerals These compounds often form the soothing and nutritive foundation of botanical formulations.

Phase 2 — Hydro-Alcohol Extraction Hydro-alcohol extraction captures compounds not efficiently recovered with water alone, including: Phenolic compounds Alkaloids Glycosides Aromatic compounds Antimicrobial phytochemicals This phase significantly expands the chemical diversity recovered from plant material.

Phase 3 — Glycerine Extraction & Stabilisation Vegetable glycerine contributes an additional solvent phase capable of dissolving and stabilising a range of botanical compounds including: Glycosides Tannins Polyphenols Aromatic fractions Mildly lipophilic phytochemicals This phase helps stabilise delicate plant compounds while contributing to smooth, stable and palatable botanical formulations.
