Shipping Policy 

We provide flat shipping rates on all product purchases under 10 items domestically and internationally. For shipping quotes on purchases over 10 items, please contact us at info@regeneratehemp.com. We deliver our products using Australia Post. Shipping costs will be added to the order total before checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 2 and 5 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. 
For domestic shipping within Australia:
- Registered Post - $15 on purchases up to $150
- Express Post - $25 on purchases up to $250. 
- We provide free standard shipping on orders over $150 and free express shipping on orders over $250. 
For International: 
- Registered Post - $45 on purchases of 10 and under items.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised.
